Has it really been over 7 months since my last post? Life is speeding by just living it, nevermine attempts at writing about it! I’ve been extremely busy with life in general and projects at large. Just completed a knit sweater using a beautiful multicolor wool that was gifted to me. I chose one of the thread colors to compliment it in a solid in order to have enough for a sweater, and I am quite pleased. The split sides adds extra interest to the strip pattern.
I used a summer pattern made for a much cooler short version in cotton and customized for a winter stripe sweater. You can find this pattern on Ravelry if interested. My preference for tops is much longer, so even if I make a summer version at some point, it will have an extra couple stripes for length.
