Left overs done right

We had brocoli soup left from last night to have again tonight. Since it is Sunday, that was wonderful because it meant less time in the kitchen for a nourishing meal. One of our favorite meals is boneless, skinless chicken baked on top of green beans to let the flavorful juices cook into them. Tonight I added sesame seeds for extra flavor and crunch. Our favorite crunchy crackers and fresh cold slices of tomato rounded out this healthy delicious quick meal.
